Deposits & Reservations

Reservations are not entered without a deposit. Our deposit is ½ the room rate times the number of nights booked and is fully refundable with a 30-day notice. We must be notified of any changes, including early departure and/or change in party size, at least 30 days prior to arrival or your deposit will be forfeited. If you must forfeit your deposit, we will issue a credit equal to ½ the amount forfeited to be used towards any future lodging balance within one year of forfeiture. This credit cannot be used as a future deposit.

We are not a motel! Our lodge is fairly secluded, and we have no opportunity to fill rooms that are unexpectedly vacant. With your help, we can keep our rates reasonable in the future. All prices subject to change without notice.
